Just back from a weekend break in Lakes where we stayed at Rose Villa (our first time in a B&B) We had the most fantastic and friendly welcome, beautiful large clean and fresh room, chocolates for Easter and fresh flowers for us in the room to. Breakfast was superb all locally produce - Highly recommend Rose Villa for anyone looking for accommodation in the lakes - cant wait to come back and see you again soon.

We are just back from our latest visit. It was only a two night stay this time but so relaxing it felt more like a week and we are missing you already. As usual we received a lovely warm welcome, more like visiting a dear friend than a B&B. How can I recommend a stay here? Well, there are the spotlessly clean, spacious rooms with comfy beds. We had a powerful shower in the room we were in but we've also stayed in a room with a bath. The friendliest hostess ever, who is very accommodating with things like times of breakfast and dietary needs etc. then there's the great food and Rose Villa is very close to all the amenities but it's the little touches like the fresh flowers in our room that make it feel like home. Thank you so much and like Arny says `We'll be back'
